Privacy Policy
We're finishing our complete Privacy Policy ahead of launch. Here's what matters most in the meantime:
What we promise
- We never sell or rent your data, or the roster data you upload, to anyone.
- We never use player names or contact information from uploaded rosters for our own marketing, or to contact players directly.
- Files you upload to the free website demo are used only to generate your spreadsheet.
- Uploaded roster files and the spreadsheet we generate from them are deleted within 24 hours.
- We keep a record of the email address, browser cookie, and IP address used for a free demo conversion for 12 months (to prevent abuse of the free offer), then delete it automatically.
The full policy — covering exactly what's collected, how long it's kept, and your rights over it — will be posted here before launch. Questions in the meantime? Email support@brochurebuddy.com.
