Support
Brochure Buddy is for coaches, scouts, and recruiting staff who turn printed rosters, PDFs, or phone photos into a clean spreadsheet — whether you're using the free website demo or the app. Have a question? We're happy to help.
When you email us, please include: the email address on your account (or the one you used for your App Store purchase), and the file name of the roster, if a conversion didn't work.
Common questions
Is the free website demo really free?
Yes. The website lets you try one conversion with no account and no payment — the app is where unlimited conversions, player profiles, and rankings live.
My upload didn't work. What should I do?
Double-check your files are PDFs or clear photos (JPEG, PNG, HEIC/HEIF, or WEBP), and that you haven't gone over the free demo's sheet limit. If it still isn't working, email us at the address above with a short description of what happened and we'll help sort it out.
I didn't get my spreadsheet by email.
You can always download it directly from the results page — email is just a convenience copy. If you've closed that page, email us and we'll help you get your file.
How do I get the app?
Brochure Buddy is coming soon to the App Store — check back here or on our homepage for the link.
